Define every dollar. Review every answer.

Round 10 stays intact. Round 11 gives each of nine fixed spending categories an IS / IS NOT definition, separates Rideshare from Transit, and turns Ready into an expandable inventory whose item-level edits return directly to review.

01 · Problem → fix

Clarify category boundaries and make review trustworthy.

Phone-test feedbackRevised contract
Category names leave edge cases ambiguousEvery category screen includes plain-language IS and IS NOT definitions with examples and an explicit redirect to the correct category.
Rideshare is hidden inside TransitRideshare becomes category 5, before Transit, producing nine fixed screens. Claude owns the real matcher/data-model split at build.
Ready hides what was enteredCards, Airlines, Hotels, and Spending expand to every item and value, not summary counts.
Summary edits are too broadEvery item has a 44px Edit action that deep-links to its exact balance/category; Save & Continue returns directly to Ready.
02 · Revised flow map

Nine defined screens, then item-level review.

Data-model boundary: the mockup designs Rideshare separately. The real build must split live `rideshare/uber` matching from Transit and reconcile card earn-rate math before production.
03 · Living revised prototype

Every screen, both flag states, every real state.

The flow is live. Use the rail to inspect states or walk the prototype with its own actions. The flag control is a specification aid; production reads the real feature flag and ships Off until approval.

One definition source, one honest review.

Category data

Definitions are real product data

Claude wires one ordered nine-category source to onboarding, Strategy, and AI. The Rideshare matcher and earn rates are split from Transit before release.

Deep edit

Return target is explicit state

Ready records the exact selected item/category and a return-to-review flag. Save & Continue writes the draft, clears the flag, and returns to the same expanded review group.

Disclosure

Summary remains visible

Group buttons expose `aria-expanded` and `aria-controls`; item values appear in the disclosure and every Edit action is a named 44px control.

Round 10 preserved

No regression in the approved bones

Multi-select sequences, Plaid Off default, manual fallback, keyboard clearance, 44px floor, native sheets, draft persistence, and the P2-01 dock fix remain unchanged.
